This week we're heading north on the peninsula to Hillsborough, California where we're taking a peek inside a new build, new to the market, listed for $13.8M.

This stunning modern home was designed by the award winning Swatt/Miers team. With 5 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 partial baths, this home has 8,000 square feet on multiple levels. The master bathroom is one of our favorite rooms in this house.  Frameless shower, a standalone tub, floating vanity, and more. We love the choice of materials used in this space and how spa-like this feels.

The concrete patio off the living room/dining room combo expands the space and allows for easy entertaining.

On the market for just under $14M, this house comes in at $1725/square foot. And while we think this house is absolutely stunning, the price per square foot is coming in higher than what we'd expect to see in Hillsborough.
