Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have once again listed their Tribeca penthouse. Purchased in 2007, the home has been on and off the market for the past year.  Originally listed at $14.25M, they have dropped the price to $9.995M.

The 3,892 square foot residence is located in the River Lofts, a warehouse conversion in Tribeca that offers a 24-hour doorman, direct elevator access to the indoor garage (for discretion), a newly renovated fitness room, and more.  The 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom beauty is decorated as you'd expect from the goop founder, with soft inviting tones of white, lavender, gray and silver.

The three bedrooms are all large and serene spaces.  The master bedroom features two French doors that also lead to the terrace, four custom closets and a master bath with heated floors.
