Moving into the great room, you'll find a kitchen featuring European cabinetry, the requisite top-of-the-line appliances, and plumbing fixtures that are both modern and beautiful. We love the window wall that features floating cabinets and marble subway tile from countertop to ceiling. 

The large island is simply gorgeous. Featuring a marble countertop with waterfall design, integrated modern farmhouse sink, and sleek cooktop, this space easily seats 4 with additional seating in the dining area of the great room.

The living room potion of the great room features a large area for seating, an exquisitely designed fireplace, and walls of glass that recess into the wall allowing easy access to the backyard.

The six en-suite bedrooms include individually designed bathrooms.  Each bathroom includes stunning bathroom tile combinations that bring personality to each space. There are also two half bathrooms.

Other spaces others usually overlook but shouldn't in this house? The mudroom and laundry room.  Impressive! The laundry room is L A R G E and features not one but two washers and two dryers.  Additionally this space includes ample storage, pet food storage and serving area, and a pet bath.  The mudroom features plenty of hanging space and cubbies for everything the kids come home from school with.

The only place we're not impressed? The backyard. This is such a great entertaining house and the backyard lets us down.  There is a great patio however, the rest of the backyard is lawn.  At this price point ($1371/square foot), we would expect to see a pool, outdoor kitchen, and/or fire pit.
